The owner of this lovely and highly refined contemporary Tuscan estate home asked us to apply our stringent commercial protocols to building Phase 2 after having experienced more casual schedule of residential builders on Phase 1. Having an East Coast sensibility he required a mindset not typical to Santa Fe to achieve crisp clean lines and a tight schedule.
