To comply with strict land-use constraints on Santa Fe's historic eastside neighborhood, this building, the first phase of the St. John's College expansion, is buried into the hillside and well disguised from the outside. Inside, however, are a full-size basketball court, squash/racquetball courts, a weight room, and men's and women's locker rooms.

Sarcon has handled a number of projects for the college including two major building projects-they are consummate professionals and all their projects have gone smoothly. In addition, they have manages to bring in each project on time and on budget.
