Juniper, the first site, is a compound composed of a one new and two existing structures overlooking a large pond. The new 2-story accommodation includes 15-guestrooms, a living/dining room, commercial kitchen, and sitting room. The adjacent buildings, an existing hacienda-style double adobe residence and 3-car garage, were transformed into a code compliant 6-guestroom accommodation complete with a retrofitted fire suppression system, steam room, gathering room/library, living room and movement room all anchored by connecting patios and courtyards.
