Three fifteen-bed dormitories, each with a living room and kitchen, are housed in this residential center, along with a seminar building holding classrooms and offices, plus a senior resident apartment. All are centered on pedestrian plazas integrated into the existing campus network of paths and gardens. The project is designed to earn a LEED Silver rating.
Sarcon has handled a number of projects for the college including two major building projects-they are consummate professionals and all their projects have gone smoothly. In addition, they have manages to bring in each project on time and on budget.
