The new home of the Food Depot, Santa Fe's and northern New Mexico's food bank and distribution warehouse, is highly energy efficient and utilitarian in its use of space to store and ship dry and refrigerated foods. Work space for the volunteers, delivery and pickup areas, and administrative offices are included, and large conference rooms with cooking facilities are available to host community events.

I have had the opportunity to work with Sarcon over the past five years through programming, design and construction of The Food Depot's new facility. Due to the challenges of the downturns in the economy it became necessary for us to go through some major revisions in the plans for the new facility. These revisions, with the insight of Peter Brill and the architect, David Perrigo, developed into the perfect facility by creating a site plan that would allow for future additions to the warehouse and office spaces. Sarcon has demonstrated the highest professional and ethical caliber during this time. The schedules have been maintained and the project completed on time and within budget. Peter and his team were always available and often went above and beyond the call of duty.
