As the new home of the Graduate Institute, Levan Hall, a LEED Gold building, provides classrooms, student commons, and gallery space for the students of St. John's College. The interior is organized in two volumes: a masonry volume contains the academic areas while a lighter glazed portal interconnects the three floors of the structure through a public gallery space. The building also links the main plaza at the heart of the campus to the natural landscape and expansive views surrounding the campus.

Sarcon has handled a number of projects for the college including two major building projects-they are consummate professionals and all their projects have gone smoothly. In addition, they have managed to bring in each project on time and on budget.
